Preference Pools and Spas is Douglas County’s most experience service company for swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. We offer complete line of services to get your pool up and running quickly when problems occur. We employ factory trained service technicians for most major brands of swimming pool equipment. We are a certified warranty center for most major brands of above-ground pool and in-ground pool and spa equipment.

Including but not limited to; Pentair, Sta-Rite, Waterford, Hayward, Jandy, Waterway, Ray-Pack, Teledyne-Laars, Polaris, etc.

Preference is also a warranty station for many portable spas. You may ask: What is a “portable” spa? A portable spa is the common term for a spa that is not built on site like a concrete, fiberglass or gunite spa. Most spa dealers sell portable spas. They are manufactured at a plant shipped to a dealer and transported to a backyard. It is the most common type of spa or hot tub in the market.

We are an authorized factory warranty center for all Watkins branded spas including, HotSpring, HotSpot, Limelight, Tiger River, Solana, and Caldera portable spas. We are also an authorized warranty center for Dimension 1 spas.

If you believe your spa repair is covered under a factory warranty and is not a Watkins or D1 spa don’t lose hope, contact us and we will try to work with your manufacturer to get your spa repaired. We have done warranty work for LA Spas, CalSpas, Marquis Spas, CostCo branded spas ie, Evolution, and many others.
